    What People Say:

I have a very fast paced and tiring delivery job, 50+ hrs/week and these are definitely my favorite safety toe work shoes I’ve used. I’m on my third pair and will likely replace them with yet another pair when the time comes. I’ve used a half dozen + different types of “light, safety toe’d” shoes at work and they either only last a couple months, they fit like crap, or a combination of the two. These do a good job at everything they’re supposed to do and don’t fatigue my feet like others. Very light, very protective, very true to fit. Worth the money.

I was tired of wearing these big 20 lbs boots for 10hrs a day at work, then, I came across these… they are beyond perfect for a person who is on his or her feet all day, they do hurt a bit when you walk in them for awhile, but that will fade, overall perfect pair of super light safety toe shoes, highly recommend these to anyone who is searching for a pair of safety toe tennis shoes!

I wear a size 11.5 and do not usually need Wide shoes or boots, but I ordered 11.5 Wide on these. They fit about how I would expect a regular 11.5 would. Next time I will probably order their 11.5 Extra Wide just to make sure that the aluminum toe cap doesn’t rub on my toes. I definitely recommend ordering a size wider than you normally would wear. Other than that issue, I really like these shoes. They are comfortable right out of the box, light weight, and seem to be well constructed.

They’re comfortable and fit well. Most safety toed shoes tend to have smaller toe boxes, but this one fit well and was available in a wide size for my big ol feet. Competitive price.

    What People Say:

Let’s be honest, these shoes aren’t cute. If you’re reading this review then you want to know if the comfort is worth the price. I’m picky & my feet are even pickier. But these worked well for me. The height of the back of the shoe was good support for the ankle I manage to twist at least once a year. The grip on the shoes have helped he stop a few falls, which could just be my excellent balance, but they might be helpful if you’re clumsy (which I’m clearly not). Overall, they worked really nicely for me on 10-12 hour shifts working on concrete. I’ve worn them every day for a month & so far I’m impressed. I wish they had more arch support but hey, at least they fit my awkward feet well.

I work in a kitchen, so constantly on my feet for several hours. The support of these shoes is superb and they are very comfortable. They are also slip resistant, so I’m confident walking on wet, slippery floors. I wear a 10-wide, these are true to size. The price and quality are great, so when it’s time to replace these will definitely be my “go to”. I am very happy with these shoes.

Easy to get on, I normally don’t like the stretch slip ons but these are nice. First non slip I’ve owned and they’re awesome. However kitchen people know what really counts is support. There is no heel support or cushion. My feet hurt just as bad as they did wearing my old run down sneakers. Don’t recommend for that reason alone

Super comfortable, accurate sizing, nonslip actually works! I find myself wearing these even on my days off work. They don’t leave my feet feeling sore and achey after 8-10 hours on my feet, and I don’t go skiing every time I step in water. I definitely recommend these to anyone that needs a sturdy(and comfortable!) pair of shoes for work. Especially if you work in the food industry.

    What People Say:

So I’ve recently gotten these shoes in the mail about 2 weeks ago, because I needed new, comfortable and steel toe shoes for my work and I was dealing with plantar fasciitis and heel spurs..I didn’t know how these shoes fit so I ordered my original size which is a 11/WIDE just to be safe, thinking oh, they offer WIDE so they must run small I was wrong, they fit way too big. I had extra room on the back of my heel and no matter how much I’ve tighten these shoes they end up slipping from the back to the front and vice versa. I’ve tried different methods in making my feet fit in these shoes, to heel cups, heel liners, to different soles, thicker socks. Still no luck in filling in that gap. I’ve also tried giving them a few days but that gap was too much and bothered me. So I made up my mind and returned them back to the seller. A few days later, I’ve found these exact shoes at a local Skechers Outlet. If 11/WIDE is way too big for me, then maybe a 10M or 10.5M will fit…they did, but still left a little room for my heel. Then I tried a 9.5M….and how could you not, they fit absolutely perfect and worked very comfortably in the workplace. Just a tiny bit of slip from the heel but its okay, it will do. From a 11/WIDE to a 9.5M?! Say what! And they were $10 cheaper! And I got me another pair of shoes and socks! I walked out that store with a smile on my face!
I highly recommend you either go 1 or 2 down from your original size if you were to order these on here. But its highly best you go to your local shoe store that carries these, and try them out yourself. Saves you money and time.

    Thank you for reading!

Walk on tile over concrete all day and these shoes may be the most comfortable I’ve ever had. Only had em for a cple of months but so far so good with no signs of failure. Only problem I still have is how slippery they are even over a light coating of water. Have had feet slip out from under me a number of times with once I was unable to catch myself and fell onto floor. They are supposed to be anti-slip, and I expected them to adjust after a few days but it’s been a few months and I’m still experiencing the same problem. Otherwise a good shoe and for the money a good buy but I’m gonna break my neck someday and as long as I can still type, I’ll be back to update this review. I am an active 53 yr old working in a recreation center with pool etc and thankfully in good shape, so I’ve been able to successfully counteract this slipping issue but there will be others that are not so lucky. Others should strongly consider this prior to purchase

I ordered a 14 wide and they fit great. The memory foam is comfy and the steel toe doesn’t rub my big toe on the outside like other work boots. I’m a welder so I’d really like to see them in a composite toe but I knew what I was getting. I have worn them for a week so far and will definitely order another pair once I wear these shoes out.

    I have wide feet. 13 W 4e
These have proven to be the best fit for me.

I liked my first set of these. Then I tried a few others, and returned to these.

Many wides don’t seem wide enough. These definitely are.
I buy other skechers in wide as well. Good fit for me.

    Durability is decent.
My application isn’t super hard on shoes, factory work on concrete floors.
Maybe a construction job or something would see quicker wear/degrading.

I can use these with original insoles for 6 months or so, then a refresh of insole is a nice upgrade. I can continue to use the shoes for another year or so before feeling like it’s time for new shoes.

Definitely will continue to buy these.

    I would highly recommend these.

    What People Say:

I really like these boots, I would have given them 5 stars if it weren’t for the plastic eyelets. Even “durable” plastic eyelets will succumb to cracks and breaking before metal ones. Other than that, these boots are comfortable to walk in and are very light weight which is really nice. However I would have preferred metal eyelets and hooks instead of the plastic ones that are equipped on the boots. Although the extra metal would have added weight, the durability trade-off would have been well worth it.

These are the most comfortable work boots I’ve had so far. At 22k steps a day on average I was getting blisters with my Timberland pros. These were a game changer. Unfortunately one of the lace loops popped out and I’m in the process of an exchange. Hopefully the new pair hold up better because they are a pleasure to wear.

This product is extremely comfortable as I work on the railroad. Walking on rails climbing rail cars gravel and holds up getting torch and welding slag on the. The only con is that they do make your feet pretty warm. But there seems to be no break in period

Boots are really comfortable as long as you stay on a solid floor. (Concrete, Asphalt) But over all a good boot.

    What People Say:

I work in a dusty environment (outdoors) and dirt and dust filled the shoes within the first kick of the ground. I would not recommend for outdoor/dusty areas of use. Warehouse style environment is probably best for these. Very light weight. I love them but can’t wear them unfortunately.

I got these afew months back and I absolutely love them. I work in plumbing and water treatment, so having protection is key, but the comfort and reliability of these shoes is where they shine. I’ve had all kinds of work boots and I would wear through them pretty quick and they are so bulky and hot for summer months. These shoes have held up better than even leather boots so far. I would recommend getting some better in soles, but other than that, they are great!

they look very nice but are very heavy, my husband wears it to work but doesn’t like them much because they are so heavy

Steel toe little small for me. If a wide option was available I should’ve went with that. I work in a body shop and the fabric on the outside is starting to have holes pop up after a few months which is expected. inner sole is also starting to fall apart but I’m a bigger guy so I burn through shoes like that all the time. Overall not bad and definitely worth what you pay.

First time wearing, I wore them traveling (14 hours by air) – I typed composite into the Amazon search bar, these appeared, thinking I could wear them through the medal detectors… I was wrong, they are alloy 🤣😂🤣

Then I wore them in the manufacturing facility all week – comfort stayed!

I have an wide foot, so I got the “Wide”… I had to exchange a 1/2 size up to fit my duck feet.

Great buy – review is based upon 72 hours of wear, in the hot and humid environment of Central Florida.

My only complaint about the sneakers is that the soles collect any any all dirt that you walk on. Normally you just stomp your feet and it’s fine. Not these. You have to actually take them and slam them against something.

My son started a new job and was on his feet all day. He said that he was gonna start using a different pair of shoes, I told him he needed to get Skechers because I use Skechers for my work and they are so comfortable that I don’t have to use insoles when I wear them. I ordered them and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long while. My son put 1 shoe on and said “ohh yeah these are comfortable” and I haven’t heard another complaint of his feet hurting and burning anymore.

The built-in insole is still quite comfortable after almost 6 months of wearing on concrete floor in industrial production setting. I walk 2-3 miles and stand on bare concrete 90% of my workday and these shoes are still giving me great support.

I gave these to hubby for working in work garage & he looked @ me & said he doesn’t wear this type & don’t buy them again! Lol . Because he usually just wears thick black sneakers. I begged him to just try them & he did. It was raining the next day so he wore them & has been wearing them ever since so I think he likes them!! He works long hours & on his feet most of The time so I think these will be great year round. (Except heavy snow I bought something else). I asked how they were & he said good. He has wide feet & they fit well with the wide size. Durable!
    Ty!

I needed a pair of hiking boots to replace the Keene boots that were only 1 1/2 yrs old but not only lost their waterproofing in the first six months but had a weed stalk in the field go right through the side and almost break my skin. This was the second pair of Keene’s that had gone bad in just over a year and, at $130 I was getting tired of replacing them.

Started looking at reviews and found these. They have a large toe box with plenty of room. Before I took them out I took another reviewers advice and put a coating of Mink Oil on them. They were comfortable but I knew they’d take a little break in. I now have about three or four miles of walking through the fields and surprisingly they seem to be breaking in rather quickly. I usually put on about 500-700 miles a year.

One note, if you’re looking for hiking boots that will give you really good ankle support these ARE NOT for you, look elsewhere. These are for easy hiking, fields and roadway. When I got them I first put in a pair of Dr. Scholls and that went a long way toward making them immediately comfortable.

If I remember I’ll give an update in three or four months.

UPDATE: Jan. 6, 2018 – I’ve now had a chance to wear these for a while including the recent snow storm and frigid temps (at least for us). We got 5” of snow, temps this morning, when I took the dog out, we’re 4 or 5 degrees with a windchill of -8. I had been wearing wool socks with these and my feet have stayed warm and dry on a 25 to 35 min. walk through the fields. This time, with the snow and frigid windchill I decided to try just summer cotton socks. Bear in mind I’m a 70 year old with diabetes, which does affect circulation, so I’m pretty sensitive to cold and heat and the comfort of my foot wear. (I walk approximately 3 miles a day with my dog, even in the snow and cold unless it’s too much for her.) So, the results of a 20 minute walk were still warm and dry feet. I could have gone much further but Harley was getting snow turning to ice between her toes every few minutes and we’d have to stop and I’d have to remove it.

Bottom line: When I received these boots I put in my Dr. Scholls insoles from my previous pair, rubbed in three coats of mink oil on dry days (which I think was key to waterproofing) and started walking. I’ve found them to be far more comfortable than the Keen’s I was previously wearing. I don’t walk as much as a lot of people, about 25 miles a week, but they’re doing well for me for field and neighborhood walking.

2/9/18: I like to keep folks updated on important stuff: If you want a pair of boots to wear, every day, and forget when you take them off, look elsewhere. Because these are leather they require a LOT of care. If they get soaking wet do NOT continue to wear them the next day, you’ll ruin them. I’ve found that when mine get soaked from walking in the pouring rain, in the field with my dog, I wipe them clean with an old towel, put shoe trees in them to keep the leather from shrinking and set them aside where there’s a flow of air to let them air dry. Do not try and force dry them with hot air, you’ll ruin the leather. Putting them a few feet away from a fan seems to work okay or just let them sit. While they’re drying I use an old pair that I kept. After they have dried completely I retreat every inch of leather, paying particular attention to seams and around grommets, with mink oil, let it sit and dry then retreat again.

Is the above a pain? Yes it is but these appear to be quality boots and you need to take care of them, not let them get muddy and wet and toss them in the corner for the next day.

Update: 11/12/18 I’ve now had these boots a year and for the money they were a good buy but I’ll repeat a couple of points I made previously.
    1. They are not, in any way, shape or form waterproof.
    2. If you get them soaked do NOT simply take them off and leave them in a dark hallway. If you do they’ll be ruined. Put them on a towel in front of a fan blowing room temperature air on them. Do not, under any circumstances, place them on a heated surface or someplace where hot air blows on them, you’ll ruin the leather.
    3. Once completely dry polish your boots. This is how I do it: I put a match to the polish (in the can) and let it flame and liquify, then take a rag and dip it into the liquid polish and rub it into the leather. Then I take a clean cloth and further rub the polish in and finally use a brush to buff the polish to a shine. Yes, it takes time and effort but if you wear leather hiking boots and walk through wet fields you should take the time to take care of the leather.

In wet weather I don’t wear these two days in a row. If you’re looking for that type of boot you’re also looking at three times the price.

I took out the arch support that came with and installed my own so it fits right. Fit is good, Im hiking 5 -6 miles every other day and trying to increase mileage. Boot feels good – no wear problems (so far), third set of these, all built different countries. Usually last about 18 months but was wearing for construction work as well.

I have collapsed arches, but work on my feet throughout the day. These are very comfortable and light. The tread seems to last. Slight separation on toe after some use, but I haven’t found a pair of boots that doesn’t happen to.

    Overall worth it.

I am a landscaper this summer and these boots are great for protection. They are waterproof and fit really well. I am usually a size six but sized up to a 7 for bulky socks. They are extremely rough to wear for about a week to get them broken in, so expect sore feet for a few days. Overall, great boots!

I love these boots! I wear them almost daily for work and they hold up very well! Comfortable for my 12+ hour shifts! I have been wearing these boots consistently for about 2 months and they have normal wear on them. Laces are good quality and no issues with tearing

I loved these shoes, they seemed to be decent. I had to return them because the foot was too narrow for me (i have a wide foot so that was on me)

Love these boots! 3rd pair. Not for in the field but perfect for bein in the office

I bought these for my daughter who works 12 hour shifts as a cook. After her first 3 weeks on the job (with no days off), her feet were in bad shape with blisters and pain. During her first days off i bought these for her and she loved them from the minute she tried them on. She said it’s like walking on clouds! She wears a wide shoe size and these have plenty of room, even enough for insoles which might be helpful considering her long shifts on her feet.

The memory foam is only in the heal. It also has a 1/4inch gap from foam to the outside of shoe. The heal is higher than the toe. The toe has very little cushion. It allows your Ankles to twist inwards when walking.

It was comfortable, as far as steel/alloy/composite toes go. The only thing I would have preferred more was to have it ESD rated. I was shocking everything from static electricity

I finally found a comfy and sturdy work shoe. My asymmetrical steps are better than ever too. They’re wide, and higher (no composite) squishing my toes. Love em!
